Just in time for London Fashion Week, Warehouse has launched this year’s winning designer collection in collaboration with the British Fashion Council, once again setting the stage for emerging design talent. This year’s winner is De Montfort University graduate, Christiana Hadjipapa who wowed the judges with her unique digital prints and showstopping colour combinations.
After spending six months at Warehouse HQ honing her debut collection for the High Street brand and learning the ins and outs of the fashion industry, the strong five piece collection features a neon and floral dip dye crop top with matching joggers, ripped mom jeans, floral jogger shorts and the hero piece – a longline bomber jacket with PVC overlay complete with Christiana’s trademark tiger print across the front.
Printed Compact Knit Top £48, Ripped Mom Jeans £50
Tie Side Printed Shorts £38
Printed Bomber Jacket £120
You can shop the collection exclusively at warehouse.co.uk or at Warehouse Argyll Street. Limited stock available.

Two parts wardrobe winner, one part Fifty Shades of Grey – the cage bra is just too cool to cover up. Who knew an extra piece of elastic (or two, or three…) would move the humble bra into a full fashion frenzy?
Paired with the softest of jersey tops, it’s off duty with a very desirable twist. It may still be cold outside but your lingerie doesn’t have to be…
Topshop Balconette Bra £20, Agent Provocateur Alina Bra £110, Charlotte Rouge Cross Over Bra $50, Kiki De Montparnasse Cage Bra £272, H&M Lace Bustier £20
Lonely Lulu Strap Bra £65, Topshop Underwire Bra £20

Now that the social display of outblinging everyone during Christmas and New Year’s is over, I’m trading in my statement necklaces and cocktail rings for something more refined and discreet. Worn back with oversized sweatshirts, maxi mohair cardigans and the softest of soft jersey tshirts, my January bling will be minimalist but pack a maximalist punch.
When it comes to jewellery, there are only three types I like to wear – fine chain necklaces, midi rings and ear cuffs. Necklaces, I like to wear up to three at a time, and am always on the lookout for unique pendants, designed to invite you in and take a closer look. Midi rings, I like them pared back but with plenty of attitude! And my favourite type of jewellery of all, the ear cuff, small in stature but deliver such a bold statement – for me, its for the right ear only.
Uber-urban High Street brand Warehouse held their SS15 Press Day this month at the iconic Victoria House in Holborn, which provided the perfect backdrop to showcase their upcoming Spring/Summer collection and where Work, Play, Style and Relationships – the premise behind Warehouse’s Tales of the City philosophy, remained as the underlying theme throughout.
Guests were treated to bespoke goody bags where you were encouraged to pick up “free stuff” off the shelves as you wandered in and out of the curated rooms, DIY printed tshirts with YRStore and a sneak peek at the most exciting Warehouse collection to date!
Suede and leather, 70s fringing, Scandi styling all represented, as did palm prints, leaf motifs and the hero of the show – a real leather Western jacket dipped in pale pink and cream tones. Sat alongside the plywood fixings, the whole event was one concise, well thought out and expertly curated preview. Onwards to Spring Summer 2015!

This week, I made the switch to Samsung from Apple after winning Samsung’s latest Galaxy S5 phone and Note Pro 12.2 tablet in an online giveaway. Working in digital marketing, I’ve organised many competitions in my career. From sending a free bouquet of flowers for every 100th online customer to devising a fun, interactive way to enter to win a trip to Dubai, there’s definitely always a winner, but never had I thought it could be me!
I’m an Apple girl through and through – iMac at work, MacBook at home, iPod at the gym – and up until earlier this week, iPhone everywhere! While I’m sad to say adieu to my much-loved iPhone and Vans iPhone case, I realise it’s time to move on.
With the impending headache of me moving my life to Android now, there is a silver lining – with new tech comes new tech accessories!
